HE ALWAYS SAYS SHOCKINGLY BAD THINGS, IT IS HIS SCHTICK. DOES NOT MAKE HIM RIGHT BUT THE FACT THAT CBS WAS A BUNCH OF PANSIES & SOFTEES AND ACQUIESCED TO THE REVERENDS OF EXTORTION AL SHARPTON AND JESSE JACKSON IS JUST AS DEPLORABLE. WHILE IMUS'S WORDS ARE HORRIBLE HIS ACTIONS ARE ULTIMATELY GOOD AS EVIDENCED BY HIS CHARITY WORK AND HIS RANCH FOR KIDS WITH CANCER. HE HAS HELPED MORE KIDS AND PEOPLE THAN THE TWO REVERENDS EVER WILL. MY BEEF IS WITH JACKSON & SHARPTON, TWO OF THE BIGGEST HYPOCRITES EVER.
Al SHARPTON WAS QUOTED WHEN SPEAKING TO AN AUDIENCE AT KEAN COLLEGE IN 1994 THAT;

SHARPTON HAS SOME NERVE DISSING MY GREEK PEEPS, AND WHICH OF HIS PEOPLE WAS HE TALKING ABOUT? MUST BE FROM STROM THURMONDS SIDE OF THE FAMILY
JESSE JACKSON HAS SAID SOME RACISTS REMARKS ABOUT JEWS:
"that Nixon was less attentive to poverty in the U.S. because "four out of five [of Nixon's top advisers] are German Jews and their priorities are on Europe and Asia"; that he was "sick and tired of hearing about the Holocaust"; that there are "very few Jewish reporters that have the capacity to be objective about Arab affairs"; In addition Rev. Jackson had referred to Jews as "Hymies" and to New York City as "Hymietown" in January 1984 during a conversation with Washington Post reporter, Milton Coleman.
BOTH THESE "REVERENDS' HAVE NO CREDIBILITY IN MY BOOK AND ANY LEGIT NEW YORKER WILL ATTEST THAT SHARPTON'S CREDIBILITY IS LESS THAN ZERO. IT IS TRULY A SHAME THAT THESE TWO ARE CONSIDERED THE SPOKESMEN AND LEADERS OF BLACK AMERICA WHEN WE HAVE SUCH GREAT AFRICAN AMERICANS SUCH AS RICHARD PARSONS, COLIN POWELL, CONDOLEEZA RICE, KENNETH CHENAULT, VERNON JORDAN, HAROLD FORD, CHARLIE RANGEL ETC ETC.
THE ONLY THING THAT JESSE & AL SUCCEEDED IN DOING WAS JUST PISS OFF A FEW MILLION MIDDLE AGED, MIDDLE CLASS WHITE GUYS WHO DON'T GET THE NEW DOUBLE STANDARD. AS FOR IMUS HE WILL SUE CBS MAKE ANOTHER FORTUNE AND COME BACK EVEN MORE POPULAR ON SATELLITE RADIO.
OH AND BY THE WAY DID YOU HEAR THAT THE RUTGERS COACH C. VIVIAN STRINGER JUST GOT A MILLION DOLLAR BOOK DEAL? DOES ANYONE REALLY THINK THAT SHE GETS THIS LUCRATIVE BOOK DEAL WITHOUT THE IMUS HIDEOUS REMARKS?

Jim, check out this quote in a Phil Mushnick column from Stringer with regard to one of her recruits; no doubt she would have been an outstanding scholar-athlete like the rest of the Rutgers squad:
"While Imus turned Rutgers coach C. Vivian Stringer into an overnight national spokeswoman for social integrity, would it be impolite (and impolitic) to recall her recruitment of Shalicia Hurns to RU?
Hurns, a 6-foot-3 rebounding machine from Indianapolis, previously had been thrown out of two other colleges, once after she was arrested for drugs and a hit-and-run accident. That didn't stop Stringer or RU.
In 2004, Hurns made it three-for-three. She was tossed from the RU team after her arrest (and eventual conviction) for a five-hour ordeal during which she bound and beat her girlfriend, an RU student.
Stringer, at the time, told USA Today that she doesn't regret recruiting Hurns. "I'm not calling it a mistake," she said. "I don't apologize for anything."
